The company was established at the beginning of the year 2021 with an investment capital of $3,000,000. The company specializes in the chemical industrial field. The main project was approved in the field of manufacturing medical ethanol and dry yeast, as well as feed yeast, carbon dioxide and acetic acid. The establishment of the company was approved by the authorities Government and official approval of the construction and granting them all the necessary licenses to set up the project.

The basic steps of the project started during the current stage, starting with preparing the land and implementing the construction plans for the project since the middle of the current year 2022. The project includes several implementation and development stages that come in the first context. The construction, processing and installation of a medical ethanol production line, and then the installation of a carbon dioxide production unit and a dry yeast production line. There are several development stages that will be implemented in the coming years. It is expected, according to the time plan for the establishment of the project, that the project will be ready for production during the month of May 2023.
